Miracle Mineral Solution (MMS)
MMS is a “stabilized oxygen” formulation that is a 28% solution of Sodium Chlorite in distilled water. When a mild acid (lemon or lime juice, or citric acid) is added to a few drops of MMS, Chlorine Dioxide is created and when ingested, produces a major boost to the immune system, killing virtually every known pathogen, including bacteria, viruses, fungi, molds, and yeasts.

Flax Hull Lignans
For many years scientists have been studying the flax seed and its oil. After recognizing the beneficial effects of adding flax to the diet, researchers began to look at the healing components of the seed. The main substance identified as having a profound effect on health is the “lignans” found in the flax shell, which is also called SDG (Secoisolariciresninol diglycoside).

Good Fats or Bad Fats
Fats are still very controversial issues in our daily lives that cause plenty of confusion. Many of my clients seem to be confused about them. Some fats/oils are supposed to be good for your health, whereas others, are supposed to be avoided. So how do we find our way through this jungle of confusing and conflicting information?
Without going into too much detail about all the different types of oil it is really quite simple. Almost all plant fats such as olive oil, grape seed oil, sunflower oil and many other fats are beneficial for us. They are called ‘unsaturated’ fats, meaning long-chain-fatty acids that the body can put to good use. These oils should be consumed cold in there crude meaning natural form and ideally should not be used for frying.
Therefore, I recommend we stay away from margarine. Although made from plant oils, during the production processes, these beneficial oils change in their structure and we end up with a by product of ‘Trans-Fatty-Acids’. These fats are very harmful and foreign to our body. They cause cellular dysfunction and can seriously affect entire tissues and organs leading to disease.
Fats from animals, with the exception of fish, are classified as ‘saturated’ and should be consumed in moderation. This also includes fats from dairy products.
If you would like to educate yourself on FATS, I recommend that you read Udo Erasmus book, “Fats that Heal and Fats that Kill”. He gives a fantastic overview about fats, oils and cholesterol and how they play an important role in human health. It is very informative and easy to read.

Tips to stay Happy and Healthy this Winter.
It seems that many of us are suffering more than ever when winter arrives.
So what can we do to prevent the suffering or at least speed up the recovery process?
Here are some easy remedies to prepare for both adults and children.
Preventative ways and Remedies
- Boost up your Vitamin C levels by taking 1-3 g per day.
- Reduce the intake of sugar, alcohol and caffeine as these substances suppress the efficiency of your immune response.
- Eat highly nutritional, fresh foods and as few processed foods as possible.
- Eat fruit and vegetables that are currently in season like root vegies, apples and citrus fruits. We call them warming foods.
- Avoid foods such as berries, melons or salads, as they are more cooling for the body and great in summer.
- Drink warm fluids like hot water, herbal teas, fresh lemon and ginger tea etc.
Boosting your immune system is the best way to stay away from these dratted cold and flu symptoms.
Simple Remedies that help with Cold and Flu Symptoms.
Mix up “The Germ Juice”
- 1 tsp. of fresh grated ginger
- 1 tsp. of fresh grated garlic
- juice of 1 lemon
- pinch of chilli or half of a small fresh chilli
- 1 nip of brandy or other spirit
- honey to taste.
Place all ingredients into a mug and poure hot water over them. Drink this as hot as possible. Go to bed with extra layers and sweat as much as you can.
Throughout the day keep warm and support the body to sweat.
Bacteria and viruses cannot survive in a body temperature above 38 C.
Rub ‘Vick’s’ on chest and back and use Vick’s for inhalations. Place a small amount of Vick’s into a medium size bowl. Pour hot water over it. With a towel over your head place your face over the bowl and inhale the vapours.
Garlic is a fantastic remedy as it is a natural anti-viral and anti-biotic. Swallow small raw pieces but be careful as it can cause stomach irritations. I recommend that raw garlic be eaten with other foods.
For children
- Increase Vitamin C intake.
- Keep them warm.
- Reduce all sweets drastically as sugar suppresses the immune system.
In cases of cold symptoms
Rub a little olive oil and a freshly cut clove of garlic onto the soles of the Child’s feet. Cover the feet with socks and put your child to bed. This is best done at night.
The garlic will be absorbed through the feet into the blood stream. This is a very safe way of improving the body’s immune response.
Avoid unnecessary medication like ‘Children’s Panadol’ or other cold and flu prescriptions as they mostly control or suppress the symptoms and prolong the body’s efforts to heal itself.
If you have any other successful home remedies please let me know and I will
add them to this site for others to view.
